It's genesis in the early 1967.There are three sales counters in the philatelic Bureau.
Standing Orders
One of the main objectives of starting Sri Lankan Philatelic bureau is to handle the
standing order for local and foreign philatelist science 1968. Standing order means that bureau sends
the philately item which issued by
Casual Order
Casual order means that anyone can make a request of philatelic item (issued within 3 years) from
bureau and bureau will send those items to customer without postage by register post. (Postage will requires for foreign customers only)
