Casual order means that anyone can make a request of philatelic item (issued within 3 years) from bureau and bureau will send those items to customer in free of charge. (Postage will requires for foreign customers) With the new services propose they also will be able to get better services from us.

Presently Sri Lanka philatelic bureau is using computerized system to manage the casual order process. Due to that our customers get maximum services from us with good quality of the services. All customers are assigned to their own account and presently bureau is manages near to 150 of customer accounts.

Bureau is planning for new online payment and ordering system to our customers to make better services. With these new services both standing order and casual order customers will have secured services with philatelic bureau.
